The first CRC1425 Annual Retreat, held on 09-10 July 2021, was successfully concluded. About 80 members of our consortium gathered at the hotel Vierjahreszeiten am Schluchsee and had an exciting 2-day programme with 20 project presentations and up to 6 hours of discussion time.
The retreat was preceded by a very successful Science Day for our Early Career Scientists (ECS) on 08 July 2021, organised by and for the ECS community. The organising committee, consisting of Maria Shvedunova, Enaam Chleilat and Muataz Hamad, had put together a wonderful programme, in which a total of 52 ECS participated with great enthusiasm.
